At Woodside School, we are at an exciting point of improvement and are seeking to appoint dedicated staff who share our vision and values. We are an all age special school (5-19), catering for children and young people with autistic spectrum disorder and/or moderate learning difficulties. Our school is part of the Belmont Woodside Federation. We have high expectations for all our young people and we strive to ensure that individual needs, interests and abilities are recognised and met. We are seeking to appoint a resourceful and energetic English Coordinator to join our committed leadership team, who will be instrumental in improving our English provision throughout the school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Enjoy working strategically with others to share and develop best practice.
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a track record of raising attainment
  • Have excellent subject and pedagogical knowledge
