Spencer Academies Trust seek applications from enthusiastic, dynamic and committed individuals, to support our Secondary schools in this rewarding role.

We are seeking to appoint individuals who have integrity, imagination, and are committed to changing the life chances of young people. You will be working with teams of dedicated staff and will focus on designing and delivering tailored programmes of study to selected students to raise their attainment.

We welcome applications from people who:-

- Have strong subject knowledge of English across Key Stage 3 and 4, particularly AQA GCSE English specifications

- Have a keen interest in English, with a good knowledge of how to successfully resource lessons.

- Have an awareness of intervention strategies that engage and inspire students.

- Are able to demonstrate that they can work with students to further progress their learning within English
