Required for January 2020, an enthusiastic and creative intervention co-ordinator for English to provide targeted support for students of all abilities in KS3, KS4 and KS5, including higher attaining students, students registered for free school meals, other pupil premium groups and students who may be at risk of under performing. The post holder will identify and act on barriers to students' learning. The role includes supporting students to accelerate progress, building self-confidence and raising aspirations. An 'A' level or equivalent Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject is desirable but not essential.

The post will initially be offered until 31 August 2020.
