We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to motivate the team to deliver English language training to Royal Saudi Air Force engineering cadets in the Technical Studies Institute in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. English language training forms an integral part of continuing development. The job holder joins the management team identifying opportunities to enhance the training delivered, optimising the development of English language, complementing the final output requirements set by our customer.

Education and Experience

• Extensive experience in providing inspirational leadership to large teams in a fast paced educational environment.
• Degree qualifi ed (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline.
• Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 7.5 for Saudi job holder).
• Experience in managing customer expectations during resolution of complex project problems. Proven capability in managing programme
  stakeholders.
• Experience in identifying the requirements for, and subsequent management of, large numbers of staff and teaching resources.
• Excellent decision making ability with a proven track record of effective results of the decisions taken.
• Good appreciation of project management techniques including budget management, risk and resource planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills as both a leader and team member.
• Experience of operating in the Middle East region and/or Saudi Arabia, demonstrating high levels of cultural sensitivity.
