You will teach, according to your specialism, English or Maths at Functional Skills and GCSE level or ESOL across all levels to learners aged 19+, using a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies that meet the needs of all learners. You will deliver engaging and inspiring remote and face to face lessons to ensure learners are gaining a positive learning experience.

We’d also like you to have experience of providing efficient Additional Learning Support in a variety of settings and have experience of working to meet Awarding Organisations’ standards.

A teaching qualification is not essential, however, we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
