We are looking for a colleague to join our ambitious and inspiring English department as well as lead on whole school literacy. You will need to have the knowledge, skills and creativity to be an outstanding teacher, and the leadership qualities to drive improvements in literacy across the whole school.
There may also be an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on responsibility as Key Groups Coordinator, for which an additional TLR is available.

The Radcliffe School is a co-educational secondary comprehensive located in Milton Keynes. It has around 1,190 students aged 11-18, 125 of whom attend the Sixth Form.
Radcliffe has dedicated provision for students who have autistic spectrum disorders. Although the vast majority of learners are educated on a single site, a small number of older pupils do make use of off-site provision for vocational courses.
