A Vision for Education, the supply arm of TES are currently looking to recruit a English Teacher for a large, friendly Secondary Academy that is committed to the students who bring a varied range of talents and experiences. This fantastic opportunity would be ideal for a newly qualified teacher looking for their first teaching experiences or equally an experienced English Teacher looking for a new challenge. This position is due to start in September 2016 on a permanent basis.

The ideal English Teacher will:

  • Be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate
  • Have the ability to motivate and inspire young people and colleagues
  • Be willing to make a significant contribution to the life the academy

The successful English Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status and will be responsible for teaching English to a diverse range of students aged 11 – 18 at Key Stage 3 – 5. Previous, recent teaching experience in the subject would be preferred yet this is essential. You will be joining a positive community where learning is at the heart of heart of all they do
