We are looking for a successful and ambitious teacher of English who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a real difference to the experience and outcomes of all the students in our Academy. As lead on Enrichment and Intervention within the Faculty, you will work closely with the Head of Faculty as well as other lead teachers to strategically intervene, monitor and enhance the English education of our students both within and outside the classroom.  

To be successful, you will:

• have a real passion for teaching and learning and be committed to raising standards across all Key Stages;  

• have a passion for English along with excellent subject knowledge and be able to communicate this to students;
