About the School

Located on beautiful grounds, set in the heart of Stoke Poges, the school opened in 2013. They aim to provide an exceptional academic education and encourage a passion for life-long learning.

The school exists to serve all members of the Sikh community as well as members of other faiths and of no faith, who support and respect the religious ethos of the school.

It is a vibrant place to come to learn and to work.  They place learning at the centre of what we do and we believe that our students and our staff are the most important assets they have.  They try to live up to the phrase, “Excellence in all that we do”, and are constantly seeking ways to improve and develop.

At the academy students from the community are encouraged to achieve and be the best they can possibly be.  This involves building high expectations, strong aspirations and positive values.  They insist on high standards of uniform and behaviour and believe that respect is essential between everyone who works here, whether they are students or adults.  They value the learning that takes place in the subjects taken by students whilst also ensuring that there is a wide variety of extra opportunities beyond the classroom, through traditional and modern sports, the arts, and many, many other areas of interest and challenge for students.  The staff do really go the extra mile for the students and this includes a range of trips and visits; local, national and international.
