About the role

Worsley College has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher of English. We require a dynamic individual to work within our large successful team of Math’s and English teachers who deliver both GCSE and functional Skills to our 16-18 and adult learners across SCC Group. 

We are looking for a teacher who has the ability to engage our learners and inspire a love for their subject, you will have experience of delivering Functional Skills English and GCSE English and be driven to support the learners to be the best that they can be. You will inspire them to achieve outstanding results, whilst holding the values and culture of the college and its commitment to the Worsley Way.
