Role Overview:

  • Position: Full Time, English Teacher, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Commencement of role: September 2024
  • Teach English to both primary and secondary students (via face to face and videoconferencing)
  • Foster a love for language, literature and effective communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lessons
  • Uphold our Christian values in the classroom


Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum for GCSE English, including exam specifications. You must have Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar English qualification and possess recent experience teaching English to students in KS3-KS4. An A-Level specialist in English would also be considered. You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.

About OneSchool Global UK Kenley Campus

OneSchool Global UK Kenley Campus was established in newly built premises in 2005 in Carshalton. The Senior School has now relocated to the newly refurbished premises in Kenley, due to continual expansion over the years. Since inception, the school has pursued a programme of continual development and improvement, resulting in a well-proven centre of educational achievement. It has a strong Christian ethos. As a registered school and exam centre, it gives students the opportunity to fulfil their potential with a high standard of learning being reflected in nationally accredited exam results. Special educational needs are specifically provided for by specialist staff using accepted therapies.
