We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Middle Leader of the English Department. The successful applicant will be an integral member of the Teaching and Learning Leadership team and work in collaboration with the College Senior Leadership team to build teacher capacity and maximise learning outcomes for students. Direct responsibilities will include leading the English Department in alignment with College priorities and external requirements. Desirable dispositions and characteristics include a demonstrated ability to lead, direct and influence people toward achieving collective objectives. A desire to engage in self-development and a willingness to develop, engage with and inspiring others, are essential dispositions.
