Salary; Grade 5, Point 7 – 12 £19,554 - £21,589 (Please note the salary indicated is for full time work. However, the actual Salary at pro rata is £17,599- £19,430)

The role of Enhanced Teaching Assistant involves providing effective support to identified individuals and groups of SEN students under the guidance of our SEND Coordinator.  This includes working alongside teachers and other professionals helping ensure work programmes are accessible to individuals and that tasks are being completed as intended. In addition, the role requires post holders to take a key role in the delivery of literacy and numeracy developments programmes.

This post may be particularly attractive to those who would like to make a career in teaching and would like to first gain experience in a highly supportive school setting.
