Job Title: Temporary Enrolment staff

Grade:  Grade 5 - £10.98 (inclusive of holiday pay) per hour

Contract: Casual nil hours  

As we move towards our busy time for the start of the academic year, the City of Bristol College are looking to appoint a number of temporary staff to assist with enrolment of our new and returning students as well as answer calls in our contact centre. 

We have 15 enrolment posts based at all sites across the City and two Contact Centre Advisors based at our South Bristol Skills Academy. The posts are temporary and up to full time hours are available.

We are looking for posts to start as follows:

• Temporary Enrolment staff – 19 August to 13 September 2019

This opportunity will suit students on summer break looking for additional income or those looking for temporary work. 

You will need to be flexible with strong IT skills to be able to meet the demands of the role during this busy time with a high level of customer service. We will support you with an induction and training to the role so you can offer excellent support to our students and stakeholders.
