Fixed term until 31 December 2022
The successful candidate will be employed on Truro and Penwith College’s new ESF project, which will enhance access to learning for employed individuals looking to re-train or upskill to develop their career. The post holder will be required to provide information, advice and guidance throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and work with participants to develop individually tailored skills action plans to support their professional progression.
Experience of providing advice and guidance and excellent communication, organisational and record-keeping skills are essential requirements of this role. The ideal candidate would also have a good understanding of training delivery, including mainstream provision, and experience of European Projects. This role will involve travel across the county so access to transport is required.
This post is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
