ESOL Teacher Part Time(Ref: CUR952)

Part Time 18.5 hours per week, Permanent, To start in September

We are seeking to appoint two inspirational and innovative teachers in ESOL. The successful candidate will need experience of teaching 14 to 18 year olds, with a good background in the English language. Teaching responsibility will be with 14 to 18 learners at one of our centres on Roundhay Road, LS7. Additional teaching of adult groups at our community venues may be required with a maximum of teaching two evening sessions per week. 

A subject specialist qualification in teaching second language acquisition is required as well as a PGCE. You will be passionate about your subject and have the ability and desire to enthuse others. You will be organised and experienced in course administration and have high expectations of both yourself and your students. The successful candidate will work well with others and may play a part in wider provision, in term of pastoral responsibility and extracurricular activities.
