Job overview

Claremont Fan Court School is seeking to appoint a reliable and hardworking Estate Maintenance Assistant to work as part of the Estate team responsible for the safe upkeep and running of the School’s facilities. 

Working 40 hours a week throughout the year 7:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to this work pattern as some evenings and Saturday mornings will be required. Key responsibilities of the role include carrying out general repairs, ensuring site security, parking management, event logistics and portering. 

The successful applicant will be a good team member and equally capable of working on their own. Good quality DIY skills to undertake general maintenance and repairs are essential; skilled or semi-skilled trade qualified would be welcome. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential. A strong customer service ethic is key.

About Claremont Fan Court School

We are a co-educational School, for children from 2½ to 18 years, situated just outside Esher, Surrey. The School is set in the historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate.
