New Collaborative Learning Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to develop their admin skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our estates functions.
About the role
As our Estates Administrator, you’ll be working closely with the Trust Director of Estates and wider team to help ensure that all facilities operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:
- Managing financial processes such as orders, invoices, quotes and delivery notes, and maintaining accurate budget reports.
- Coordinating with contractors and other companies to take out planned and responsive estate work, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Administering licenses as part of our compliance framework and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date.
The role is based at our Trust HQ in Normanton, and while your primary location will be there, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to our Trust sites 1-2 times per month (with travel expenses reimbursed).
About you
We’re looking for someone who is confident with computerised administration systems and has strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Your attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and accuracy will also be key. Most importantly, we value a customer service-oriented approach, as you’ll be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
You should be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent and be keen to grow and develop further within the role, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.
