As a result of our success, we are proud to have been selected to open five brand new schools, three of which opened in September 2018.
This is, therefore, an important stage in the development of The Laurus Trust. With our growth comes the opportunity for talented and dedicated staff to make their mark. That is why we are looking for an Estates and Facilities Assistant to join us at this exciting time. The job can be physically demanding and will involve working a 37 hour week across shifts split between the hours of 6.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. Some overtime will be necessary to cover for evening and weekend events for which additional payment will be made at the appropriate overtime rates. The successful candidate must have their own transport and be prepared to train as a first aider and will be offered all relevant training for the position.
Required to start July 2019, but initially the postholder will be based at Cheadle Hulme High School, Woods Lane, Cheadle, SK8 7JY until the school opens in August 2019.
This is a permanent, full time and full year position
Actual Salary: Scale 3 starting from £18,795 - £19,171
Hours: 37 hours between 6.00am and 7.00pm Monday – Friday on a shift rota 6.30am – 3.00pm or 10.00am – 6.30pm
