The Laurus Trust is a rapidly expanding Multi-Academy Trust with a reputation for outstanding teaching and learning.

We have a strong heritage. Our founder school, Cheadle Hulme High School, has been judged as Outstanding in its last two inspections. Gorsey Bank is a high performing primary in Wilmslow and we are also home to the Altius Alliance, a School Centered Initial Teacher Training provider which has been given the top grade by Ofsted.

As a result of our success, we are proud to have been selected to open five brand new schools, three of which opened in September 2018.

This is, therefore, an important stage in the development of The Laurus Trust. With our growth comes the opportunity for talented and dedicated staff to make their mark. That is why we are looking for a number of Estates and Facilities Assistants to join us at this exciting time. The job can be physically demanding and will involve working a 37 hour week across shifts split between the hours of 6.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday, at one of the Laurus Schools above. (If you have a preferred location please detail this clearly on your application form within your supporting information.) Some overtime will be necessary to cover for evening and weekend events for which additional payment will be made at the appropriate overtime rates. The successful candidate must have their own transport and be prepared to train as a first aider and will be offered all relevant training for the position.

This is an important appointment for the Trust as you will contribute to a team that provides a high quality service across all of our schools, delivering a positive operational environment for all stakeholders.
