Reporting to the Director of Operations, the post holder will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the school’s estate to ensure that the facilities are available to deliver the best educational environment to our learners. The Estates & Facilities Manager will manage the estates and cleaning teams as well as having a major role to play in the ongoing development of the school site. The post holder will ensure that the school site runs smoothly and that the Health and Safety of all school users is of critical importance.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience and skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and contractors. This is a role for a hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual to lead the Estates and Facilities team. A full, clean drivers licence is essential. At times, the role may be physically demanding and a flexible ’can do approach’ is often needed to respond to out of hours calls.
