A skilled, resourceful and experienced Site Manager to lead our site team.

Responsible for all premises and building management activities including large and small building and/or refurbishment projects, liaison with consultant/contractors and all maintenance, security and operations of the buildings, grounds and equipment.

Alsager School is a co-educational secondary academy based in Alsager, near Stoke-on-Trent in Cheshire, for pupils aged 11-18. The academy has no religious affiliation. Alsager School’s GCSE and A-level results regularly exceed local and national figures.

Values and vision 

Alsager School is a cooperative school and actively promotes cooperative values, delivering these through the Cooperative Learning programme (PSHE) and across curricular and extra-curricular activities for all key stages. The cooperative values are self-responsibility, democracy, self-help, solidarity, equality and equity. 

The secondary places high importance on pupil voice and operates student councils. Each form has one or two council representatives, who attend council meetings every week and provide feedback to their form groups.
