Job overview
We are seeking an Estates Manager to ensure a safe, clean and pleasant environment for all users of our 35-acre campus. The successful candidate will undertake, organize and monitor activities relating to the physical management and development of the school's campus, including Team Leader responsibility for the Estates Team.

The Blue School is a Church of England Academy school. As the only state secondary school providing 11 to 18 education in the area, our students are drawn from the city of Wells and its surrounding villages. We enjoy a good reputation in the community and, whilst being an Academy School enables us to have greater autonomy in the management of the school, we still retain strong links with the Somerset Local Authority and work closely with other local schools.
