Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Estates Manager to lead and manage the College site, buildings and facilities and to ensure their safe, efficient and effective operation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple building projects from planning to completion whilst overseeing and managing external contractors to ensure successful delivery. Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills are essential in order to lead, motivate and develop the Estates team and external contractors so that the College buildings and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest standards and to assure Health & Safety compliance across the College site.
