Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Estates Manager to manage the Westonbirt School Estate, taking full account of the needs of the school, its commercial activities and other heritage stakeholders, together with significant interaction with the teaching staff and the senior leadership team. You will be the initial point of contact for grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, compliance & security. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to manage ever changing priorities.

About Westonbirt School
Founded in 1928, Westonbirt School is a secondary school with a sixth form for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18. There are currently around 500 pupils enrolled at the school. It is situated on 210 acres of land in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The school has a thriving boarding community. Pupil numbers have grown rapidly since the transition to full co-education in September 2019. A whole site development masterplan is in place which has seen significant investment in new teaching spaces, boarding accommodation, sports facilities and infrastructure.
