Estates Manager (Competitive Salary) 

We are looking for an inspirational individual to lead our Estates function. This is an exciting opportunity with a wide remit including both strategic and day to day management of the team, as well as maintenance and upkeep of all property and our extensive grounds. The Foundation places a strong emphasis on ensuring a safe working environment and the role has responsibility for a wide range of statutory compliance issues. 

For this role you should have relevant leadership experience within a Facilities / Estates role. It is essential that you hold either a NEBOSH or ISOH qualification, and are able to demonstrate an understanding of health and safety and its application in the workplace. You must be able to build excellent relationships and influence a wide range of people and key stakeholders.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
