Salary: £32,909 - £37,261 (Grade 8, SCP 26-31 *pay award pending)
All Year Round, Permanent
37 hours a week, Monday-Friday
The Trustees of Joseph Leckie Academy wish to appoint an Estates Manager. The person appointed will be required to lead and manage all site and cleaning staff under the direction of the Academy Business Manager and Principal. He / She will be responsible for the Buildings / Premises and Health and Safety Management within the Academy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person who can work with a team of staff in order to maximise and promote the highest standards of the buildings and premises within the Academy and to ensure the most effective use of buildings and resources in support of the Academy’s learning objectives. Organisational and motivational skills are essential to this post.
