Estates Office Administrator


The Estates departments are responsible for ensuring that Haileybury’s buildings, grounds and vehicles are well presented, safe and professionally managed.

The post of Estates Office Administrator is a vital part of ensuring these departments are efficient, professional and effective and deliver excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office / property administration and or experience of a Maintenance or Customer Services Helpdesk and experience of effective liaison with external contractors and suppliers.

The post holder will be required to work 40 hours per week, throughout the year (52 weeks). Core working hours fall between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm and as required by management. The nature of a 24 hour a day, 7 days per week boarding school require staff to work flexibly and as the School is used by pupils at weekends, which are also the time most parents visit the School, there will be a requirement for the job holder to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
