OHC and OHC&AT have an ambitious programme of new development, refurbishment and condition improvement projects to be delivered during 2021. These projects are time critical and as a result the Trust has decided to appoint an Estates Project Manager on a fixed term contract to support delivery of the projects. 

The Estates Project Manager will work proactively as directed by the Head of Estates & Facilities to ensure that projects are delivered in line with specifications, budget and timeline. This will include liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be required to work closely OHC and OHC&AT Principals, as well as functions including premises, finance, marketing and IT. 

The post holder will have a recognised project management qualification as well as relevant experience working in a wide range of education settings.
