We are looking for hard-working and collaborative people who can join our team and help challenge our students to progress and achieve.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding ESF Project Manager for the Business Centre to provide high performance and innovative project leadership and management in this exciting area.

The post will be responsible for all aspects of delivery and project management for ESF bids we are leading and also a subcontractor for.

You will have experience of working in outstanding teams and have the ability to motivate partners, staff and learners to be successful.

If you have a thorough understanding of ESF, project management, delivering high quality teaching, learning & assessment that builds outstanding levels of attainment and progression, then join our dedicated team.

High standards and excellent communication skills are essential to working in a target driven department. You will be passionate about making a difference and have strong occupational competence and understanding. You will possess the personal and professional skills and attributes to ensure that robust performance management ensures these projects are a success.

This is a 24 month fixed term contract and will be funded by the European Social Fund.
