Evolution Sports is an award-winning multi-sports academy within Doha College that offers coaching in a wide range of sports and fitness, including soccer, swimming, basketball, netball, and strength and conditioning and develops children from 18 months through to adults. Evolution Sports began in 2007 and has evolved as Qatar’s largest multi-sports coaching provider, playing an integral part in the development of a new era of sport and health culture in Qatar.
Evolution Sports is situated at Doha College Al Wajba, featuring World Class sports facilities, including a full-size 11-aside football field, numerous sports halls, outdoor training courts, two indoor swimming pools, and fitness studios. Alongside these facilities, there's also a sports café on the premises. Additionally, Evolution Sports conducts its sports programmes in Abu Hamour, West Bay, and the Pearl, partnering with other schools in these locations.

The opportunity
As a means to respond to the increasing and sometimes unpredictable changes in staffing needs, Evolution Sports is launching the Pool of Candidates Project. In this initiative we will validate all interested and qualified individuals in various Sport Coaching positions to join Evolution Sports Pool of Candidates. The applicants will then become a part of our active pool of candidates and shall be contacted and prioritised when we have suitable open positions to fill.
Therefore, we are now looking for applications from self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join Evolution Sports Pool of Candidates for Soccer School Coach. The successful candidates will be responsible for coaching sessions within the Soccer programme, which fall in line with the Evolution Sports coaching philosophy, vision, and values of the club.
Since 2020, we are based at the new state of the art Doha College Al Wajba facility, where we enjoy some of the country’s best sports facilities. The facility includes a full size 11-aside football field, several sports halls, outdoor training courts, 2 indoor swimming pools, gyms and fitness studios, and a sports café.
About you
The ideal candidate should have some experience of coaching a wide range of ages and abilities. Experience of working in a similar role would be seen as a distinct advantage. We expect you to be a highly motivated and successful practitioner, who is willing to contribute in a positive manner to all aspects of the academy and college. This is a tremendous opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to join the academy and to further develop their career.
A high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for all our positions.
