You’ll…

lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements  

screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be

keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they’re implemented 

manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements

delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college

Get involved in college life – whether it’s supporting open events, helping with invigilation, or simply being a friendly face around campus. 

•       Please note, this role is Exeter based but you will be supervising teams across the Exeter & North Devon Group

You’ll need to be…

qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award (this is essential)

proactive, organised and methodical

passionate about supporting students

experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements 

a great communicator with excellent IT skills

thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail 

*£2,000 retention payment (£1,000 payable at the end of year 1 and year 2). Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
