Help Exams Run Like Clockwork!
We are looking for more invigilators to help oversee our exams. Working as a team, invigilators contribute to ensuring a calm environment for the exams, giving candidates confidence in the process. They ensure the right candidates are in the right place and give out vital information such as start and finish times of exams, ensuring all learners have the correct materials and information for the exam and they also help prevent malpractice.
Exams are among the most important and stressful events in the life of any learner. That is why it is so important they are conducted in the correct way and in accordance with strict JCQ regulations. Invigilators are crucial to this process and need to be reliable, punctual, flexible, meticulous, vigilant and able to relate to learners in a high-pressure environment. This is a part time role on a supply basis but one that can make a real difference.
New College Bradford, which opened in September 2019, is a 16-19 free school with 1300 students on roll. The college sits within the New Collaborative Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust established by New College Pontefract (an Ofsted outstanding provider). New College Bradford primarily delivers A Levels, alongside a number of Level 3 Applied General qualifications.
