The Northworthy Trust are inviting applications for Relief Exam Invigilators to ensure proper conduct of exams within The Long Eaton School. This will be in accordance with the guidelines of each exam board, in addition to Trust policies and procedures.
Duties specific to this post:
• Assist the Exams Officer in setting up exam room
• Distribute exam material
• Start and end exams in line with specified procedures
• Ensure active invigilation in the exam room
• Act as a reader or scribe for those students with additional needs
This role is vital in helping organise students at the start and end of each exam and to ensure any incidents / disturbances during the exam are dealt with immediately. Exam Invigilators must remain vigilant at all times and routinely patrol the exam room to minimise the risk of exam malpractice.
Successful applicants will also be requires to attend training and update sessions relevant to the role.
