Why work for KAA?

Making a real difference

KAA pursues the very highest standards in education, both inside the classroom and beyond. We believe all children can achieve good results, irrespective of their prior attainment or experiences. 60% of our students qualify for the Pupil Premium, but with our help they can overcome the barriers that relative poverty can create. KAA is a high-performing environment where staff at all levels feel challenged and supported to achieve their professional goals. As you will see in our Ofsted report, CPD in our school is of an “exceptional” standard and is an ongoing focus for all staff. There are few better places to develop your skills as a teacher than here with us in Kensington.

Being valued

We invest in our staff and offer unique benefits, including: 180 school days (as opposed to the 190 other schools have); 15 training days (as opposed to 5); free breakfast and lunch for all staff everyday; a two-week half term in October; free staff exercise and well-being sessions, and much more.
