Professional Development
We provide a full and robust induction programme for all new members of staff, as part of the school’s Staff Development Programme, with further support for staff new to the teaching profession. Townley Grammar School is committed to the wellbeing and happiness of staff. We offer a bespoke and personalised range of pathway opportunities, including the NPQ qualifications and opportunities to study at post-graduate level. This position will provide a sound foundation for further promotion within the school dependent on the aspirations of the applicant.

Townley Grammar School is one of the selective schools in the Bexley London Borough. The school, which was founded in 1937, has over the years established a tradition of academic excellence and is a lively, caring community of which we are justly proud.
