Westminster City School is a successful 11-18 Christian non-denominational comprehensive academy for boys with a mixed sixth form. Ours is a lively and vibrant learning community situated in the heart of central London with all the opportunities and advantages of an inner city school. You, like us, will share our belief in the highest standards of academic attainment in a comprehensive setting.

"You are ambitious for the students at the school. You are proud of their achievements and strive to ensure they do the best they can." OFSTED 2017

“Leaders have designed the curriculum to meet the needs of students of all abilities. The most able students sit GCSE examinations early and, if they meet their target early, can start A Level courses in Year 11”. OFSTED 2017

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and capable colleague, a graduate, ideally with equivalent experience in a secondary school, to carry out the role of Examinations Administrator. You will carry out a variety of tasks including liaising with staff, invigilators and exam boards. You will need excellent record keeping with meticulous attention to detail for this role. You will need to employ a professional attitude whilst having an approachable manner delivered with good humour.  Ability to be flexible and manage a variety of tasks whilst meeting deadlines is essential.

This is a term time only position, plus an additional 10 days that will need to be worked as determined by the Data Manager, based around the exam timetable.  You will need to be prepared to be flexible with your working days at busy periods.

We believe in developing our staff and have a dynamic and supportive management team. We also spend much of our time looking at what we can learn from other successful schools.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful applicant will need to undertake a criminal record check via the DBS.

If you would like to discuss the role informally with the Data Manager or to arrange an appointment to visit the school please e-mail l.ellens@wcsch.com (Headteacher’s PA). You may also wish to visit our website www.wcsch.com to read more about the school.
