37.50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), during term-time, plus 4 additional weeks
Haileybury, an outstanding independent boarding school, is looking for a committed and capable individual to work within the Examinations Office. The Examinations Manager is an important and significant role in the academic area of the school. The post holder will have a primary responsibility to ensure the smooth running of all A Level and GCSE examination, including compliance with all regulations laid down by the awarding bodies. They will also be required to support the administration of the IB programme, as required.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a general administration role - preferably within the examinations context - and will have excellent communication skills at all levels. In addition, it is essential that the job holder works well under pressure, is a team player and is able to meet deadlines whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy. A detailed working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) is essential.
