Hampstead Fine Arts is a small, independent, co-ed GCSE and sixth-form College with a nurturing and encouraging ethos. We specialise in arts, humanities, and social science subjects.
We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Office to oversee all aspects of examinations management within the school and will also offer admin support to a friendly, dynamic team.
The successful applicant holder have a detailed knowledge of examination requirements and will be responsible for the safe and secure management of exam materials and the College’s examination data. They will have excellent administrative skills, computer literacy and be highly efficient and organised. We are looking for someone who is able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations involving teachers, examination invigilators, pupils, parents and examination board representatives. The ability to be clear and assertive whilst remaining calm, composed, tactful and flexible is essential.
