Examinations Officer

Wootton Academy Trust [WAT] consists of Wootton Upper School, which has 900 pupils in Years 9-11 and Kimberley 16-19 College, which has approximately 700 students in Years 12 and 13 studying Level 3 courses.

We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer, who will join a supportive and friendly team committed to providing an efficient and robust examinations service for the Trust. You will be responsible for managing all administrative functions and the day-to-day logistics of exams, including the management and monitoring of the team of invigilators.

The successful candidates will must have experience of examination administration and organisation. You must be well organised, calm and be able to work on your own initiative. You will be expected to work flexibly, independently and proactively to ensure that all aspects of the examinations process are effectively covered.
