Our school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and confident individual to the role of Examinations Officer. Responsible for the administration and smooth running of the school’s internal and external examinations, the successful candidate will use his/her excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with the leadership team, teachers, students, parents and external organisations e.g. examination boards.
Our perfect candidate will have:
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft product, especially Excel
• A working knowledge of exam regulations
• The energy, creativity, resolve and tenacity to solve problems quickly and effectively
• A flexible approach to working hours to support the examination timetable and despatch of resultant examination papers
• An understanding of using school database e.g. SIMS/SISRA

Moseley School and Sixth Form is a large comprehensive secondary school with a thriving sixth form. Moseley School first opened its doors in 1923. There are 1400 students, 195 teaching and support staff, excellent facilities housed in a grade two listed building, a modern building which opened in 2012 and a recently completed sports complex and extensive grounds.
