The Hayesbrook School is a non-selective boys Academy (with a mixed Sixth Form) that specialises in sports and mathematics.

Examinations Officer

The Hayesbrook School wish to appoint an Examinations Officer for the new academic year.  The successful candidate will ensure accurate administration of all examination entries, the management of examinations, deployment and training of invigilators, and production of examination results in varying formats as befits our key stakeholders.

Applicants will need to be confident and enthusiastic about working in a school environment, will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be proficient in IT and MS Office software with a strong commitment to school improvement.

This position will commence from September/October 2017 and is 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 inset days, plus 8 days to be worked during school closure periods.  The post holder will be required to work during the two results weeks during August, and flexibility will be required to work outside of the usual working pattern, during the examination season.   The salary for this position is Kent Scheme 7, £18,562 - £21,119 per annum (full time equivalent £21,509 - £24,472)
