This is a fabulous opportunity to join our Exams Team at Barnet Southgate College, due to the important role the Exams team has in supporting our students we are looking to appoint 2 new Examinations Officers to expand the team.

The role is challenging and varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. We are looking for honest, reliable, and positive people to join us, supporting all aspects of certification and examination.

As an Exams Officer you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will need to student focused, have strong communication skills, able to follow structured processes and procedures with excellent attention for detail and time management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy Exams department to contribute to our student progression. You should be able to work independently, use your own initiative, but also be able to work closely with the team to support common goals. You will be liaising with awarding bodies and cross college departments ensuring timely and accurate information is departments ensuring timely and provided.

You will be qualified to at least Level 2 or have gained the equivalent knowledge through experience in a similar role. You may not have all the experience and qualifications required for this role; however, you are encouraged to apply if you feel that you can demonstrate the potential to contribute to the College’s future success.
