Level 4. Scale 6.  NJC26 to NJC28.  37 hours per week. All Year Round

The Southfield Grange Trust is a multi-academy trust located at the Southfield Grange Campus, in Little Horton, Bradford. The Trust comprises of two schools, Southfield School, a generic special school and Grange Technology College, a large mainstream secondary school.

Applications are invited for an Examinations, Qualifications and Data Officer for the Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible to setting up and running all aspects of examinations and entries, will support in the development of assessment data and assist in the development of a robust and effective data system in order to raise student attainment and support improvement in staff performance.

Educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (or have significant experience) including GCSE English and Maths (A-C) equivalent, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of General Regulations for the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) examinations, knowledge and experience of UK school examinations process and awareness of MIS systems in a large institution is essential. With high level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office applications you will be a self-starter and able to use your own initiative. You will have high levels of resilience, integrity, honesty and credibility which will inspire confidence and trust from both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills to enable planning, prioritising and delivering of work to tight deadlines coupled with the ability to analyse situations and possible outcomes is essential in this role.
