Role Title : Examinations Team Leader
Location : Yale
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (October 2023)
Salary: £24,728 - £26,738
Coleg Cambria are now looking for an Examinations Team Leader to join their Examinations Team team based in Yale.
They will be responsible for assisting the Examinations Manager in the coordination of all aspects of public examination and certification processes, and to ensure that examination board procedures are followed throughout. To provide an effective, efficient and professional service to all internal and external clients.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified to at least NVQ 3 level or equivalent in a professional area of expertise and willing to work towards NVQ 4 level.
- Fully computer literate using MS Office and Windows. Able to manipulate and design systems within Excel and Access.
- Able to plan and manage own workload and co-ordinate a team workload, ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
- Can communicate with others confidently and assertively, both orally and in writing.
- Possess a degree of tenacity in order to complete tasks on time and to standard, and a resilience to cope with stretching tasks.
- Understands the concept of internal and external customers and works responsively to all customers
