Exams and Data Officer
Salary: £18070 - £20138 Hours: 37 hours per week, full time We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Examinations and Data Officer with outstanding ICT skills to maintain and analyse data and efficiently track and monitor our pupils’ progress through reports and exams.The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, good time management, the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. This role will necessitate accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working within a school environment and knowledge of using SIMS and Microsoft Office would be a definite advantage though training will be given to the successful candidate if required. You will work closely with a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will be expected to work in August when examination results are published. You will be liaising on a daily basis with staff, students, invigilators, examination boards and parents and well-developed interpersonal skills will be required. You will lead, with the support of a member of the Senior Leadership Team, all aspects of examinations. You will also provide support to the MIS Manager and Leadership team in preparing and analysing student performance data. You will play a key role in developing the Academy’s capacity to manipulate, analyse and interpret assessment data and efficiently track and monitor our students’ progress to facilitate continuous improvement in learning outcomes and examination results for our students Details and application form are available via email from email@example.com or can be downloaded from the website.
