Exams and Student Data Officer
Salary: NJC Scale Scale SO1 Full Time salary £27,802 paid pro rata for 36 hours/43 weeks
Actual Salary £26,626
Working Hours: 36 hours per week, Term Time only (43 weeks)
This is a key role within the Exams and Data Team, the Exams and Student Data Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the function and will supervise an Exams and Student Data Assistant as well as Invigilators. You will be responsible for managing the administration of all examinations within the school, ensuring staff, students and their parents have all relevant examinations information.
The successful applicant will be highly professional and motivated, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a dynamic and independent individual, able to work on his or her own initiative, with extensive experience in an administrative role and of working with complex administrative systems / processes. You will be educated to at least GCSE standard (or equivalent) and have excellent administrative skills combined with a high level of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and G-Mail or equivalent packages
The appointee will be required to complete a six-month period of probation.
