Blatchington Mill School & Sixth Form College require an Exams Assistant to support the Exams Team in the provision of an efficient and effective service at this large secondary school and sixth form college.
You will be in regular contact with students and staff at all levels and will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met. Under the management of the Exams Officer, you will ensure a high level of accuracy in inputting student information into the examinations database and will undertake ad hoc administrative duties as required.
You will have experience of processing information, be able to use your initiative and will work well within a team. You will have good communication skills and will be well organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure and when working to tight deadlines. In return you will be supported with induction and training and will join a motivated and committed team within this friendly organisation.
