Role Purpose
We are hiring exam invigilators to assist with ensuring that exams run smoothly by remaining vigilant and making sure all rules are followed. It will consist of Morning and Afternoon sessions of approx. 3 hours per session.
Key Responsibilities
The role:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Exam Invigilator who will:
Ensure that examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations and school policies.
Supervise students during exams, maintaining a calm and orderly environment.
Provide clear instructions to candidates before and during examinations.
Monitor students to prevent malpractice and respond appropriately to any irregularities.
Assist candidates where appropriate, ensuring equal opportunity while maintaining exam integrity.
Collect and securely return all examination materials at the end of each session.
Support the safeguarding and welfare of all students, ensuring a safe, fair, and inclusive examination environment.
