Exams Manager

Term time only plus two weeks (41 weeks) (can be negotiated for the right calibre and experience of candidate)

SASH Education Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Exams Manager to join the Team at Ditton Park Academy.

The individual must be able to provide an efficient and effective level of support to the students, Parent/Carers and the Academy. Our relentless approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.

You must have high expectations for all, be an excellent communicator and be committed through:

• Ensuring the smooth running of examinations and exam related functions.

• Managing & supervision and support of both Secondary exams’ teams and extended invigilation teams.

• Ensuring all correct exam entries are in place in advance of deadlines.

• Managing a team of invigilators during school wide examinations.

• Overseeing the management of student data for registrations, exams, claims, audits, and funding returns.

• Knowledge of examination boards and their requirements.

• Previous experience of exam boards.

• Ability to multi-task and work to varying deadlines.

• Experience of maintaining accurate records and performing systematic checks.

• Excellent IT skills.
